I was talking with a guy at a bus stop about the travails of the hapless Bucs when the recent QB change came up. He said to me, "I have nothing against black quarterbacks, but starting Byron Leftwich was a mistake."
I found this amusing for two reasons. 1) It's been a long time since the concept of a black quarterback was an issue. 2) The guy who felt I needed to know that he had nothing against black QBs was himself black.
I run into this guy all the time. I may have a chance for a follow-up.
If your curious, all three of Tampa Bay's QBs are black.
